  Sorry to report that I was terribly disappointed in the services. My Stylist (Wanda) instructed her assistant to comb my Type 4a hair with a rat-tail comb, after first shampooing it into a tangled mess. Wanda has a rather intimidating persona which she deftly wields if you attempt to make any suggestions on personal preferences, styling, etc. I asked for a hairstyle which was very similar to a straw set, instead she opted to simply twist my hair, only because SHE thought the style would look better on me. WTH?! I arrived on time, but left later that evening with a very sore head and torn hair. I won't be going back...
