  This is an update to a previous salon review for Michelle at Serenity Salon in Jordan Creek Mall. Michelle is so amazing and has such a loyal clientele that she decided to open her own salon!!! It's called Moxie Salon and is on Westown Pkwy, close to Jordan Creek Pkwy. It's in a strip mall with a green roof. I'm still going to Michelle, it's been about a year and a half now. I still could not be happier with my Michelle and my hair. In the time I've been going to her we've cut my hair short, chin length, and it was so adorable and manageable. She always makes sure I can style my new cuts and encourages me to come back in if I can't figure it out. Seriously, cutting curly hair short is terrifying and she made it so easy and beautiful, even my mom was amazed. And it's hard to impress the mom of a curly haired girl. We're growing it back out now and she knows exactly what to do to it to keep me from getting bored and chopping it all off again. Oh, and the color!!! She is wonderful at coloring my hair, and somehow finds ways to make sure the color hits the curls just right. I have auburn hair and in the summer we do blonde highlights. I have never had so many compliments on my hair. She is soooo well trained and keeps up on the latest trends and styles. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle. Please give her a try if you're looking for someone. P.S. - I get absolutely nothing out of saying all of this; not even a discount!! hahaha But when you find "the one" you have to tell everyone!
