- I'm a 4c curly and just got an amazing cut and color by Mariana. The feel of the salon was amazing, she took her time with my hair, and gave one of the smoothest, low heat blowouts ever!

- I had my hair (type 3c) cut by Marianna based on the review I read here, and I'm so happy I did! I love my curly hair, I've gone to relaxers and back again, and Marianna made me fall in love with my hair all over again. I was so nervous to get my hair cut here and be disappointed like I had been so many times by people that "know my hair." But I'm so glad I did come here; she shaped my hair up and trimmed the ends, now it lays nicer than I've ever seen it before. Probably one of the best things was that she didn't finish cutting and send me on my way, because anyone who knows curly hair knows that you're not done until you've added some moisture and she did just that. I will say that yes the price is higher than I would normally pay, but you get what you pay for, and I will definitely keep coming back.

- Marianna has curly hair, which I always take for a great sign. She gave me a great hair cut which reflected what I asked her to do (I cut off nearly a foot of hair so it was a pretty daunting task). The salon has a great atmosphere and they use all organic products which is great! Would highly recommend for curly haired sisters!

- I have been going to Stefania for years. Her haircuts are outstanding, my hair ALWAYS looks good. When people see photos of me "pre-Stefania", they remark how much better my hair looks.
The atmosphere at Metro Salon is friendly and hip. I can't say enough good things!
