  I went to this salon on my lunch break to get my virgin black hair dyed blond. I told the receptionist I had 3b curly fine thin hair that is silky in texture on the phone. I get there the stylist never comes out to greet me. The receptionist approaches me and says the stylist doesn't do ethnic hair. WTF really. I am half black half white. They never looked at my hair only my skin color. I felt like I was asked to leave thru the back door. I will NEVER EVER give Paul Brown any business or use their products anymore since they are not made for my ethnic hair.

  I had the best haircut I've ever had from Megan. She was incredibly knowledgeable with naturally curly hair. I told her I wanted a whole new look and she MORE than delivered. I expected to leave the salon uncertain. Instead I left happy and excited. I will be returning again... and again... and again...
