- I haven't had a haircut in about 5 years. The last time I had one, I was pretty much traumatized, because the woman who did it assured me she could cut curly hair and then proceeded to butcher it. After having gone through this for several years, I figured I was stuck just hacking away at it myself when I couldn't stand it anymore.
Then I tried Katie and was amazed at the difference. Not only did she know what she was doing, she actually *listened* to me. She understood what I wanted, and even gave me suggestions for things I'd never even thought of. I cannot tell you how happy I am to get a haircut that made my curls pop for once!

- In a word, amazing! After 40 years of thick, straight hair, mine suddenly turned curly--- in a matter of months. I found Katie and Citrus Salon and Spa through this website and made an appointment with Katie to help me deal with my suddenly very different hair. She was wonderful--- very patient with me and taught me how to change my thinking and hair care. Thanks a million, Katie, you're the best!

- She really took the time to listen to my "hair story" and gave me a cut that makes my hair look great. She understood the Curly Girl method and was able to give me suggestions specific to MY hair. She was trained in the Curly Cut 2 years ago and has great experience in giving the cut. The salon also carries DevaCurl products. I highly recommend this salon for curly girls!
