- Jen is super sweet. I find that some stylists can be fake sounding and she isn't like that at all. Very relaxed. I have fine curly hair and go in for trims. She's not exactly amazing with curls, but I trust her with my hair. She cut a lot of it off for me when it was damaged and has helped maintain it since. She could stand to learn more about curly hair, but I trust her to never do something I don't want her to do. I've had stylists cut inches off my hair before and it's horrible. The whole place is very nice and has kind stylists. Book early though (like a week in advance) Jen is always very busy.
