- I have lots of really fine 3C hair. And I color it. And I travel a lot for work so my hair is subjected to all kinds of weather all over the country. So dealing with my hair can be quite challenging. I moved to San Diego County 10 years ago. And after nearly 10 years of being unsatisfied with numerous hair stylists, I finally found Tara. She LISTENS! She CARES! She "gets" curly hair! And she keeps meticulous notes about what we try and what works and what doesn't work. She and I have been working for the past year to get my hair healthy and happy ... and I love seeing the improvements.
