- I would never go back. My girlfriend seen this salon online, and let me know because my hair is natural, and they stated they are a natural hair salon. When I checked the website and seen they did hair steaming, I made an appointment. My friend and I both made appointments for the same day. My stylist Celeste did the hair consultation and I stated that I don't like my hair straight, and wanted to know if she needed to straighten it to trim it. I asked about how I could leave with curly hair after she straightened it.
To make a long story short, my trim is lopsided, she flat ironed my hair and curled it very old lady like, and kept speaking about hair swinging, and the products I use weighing my hair down and weren't good for my hair (I use kinky curly knot today, shea butter and other lighter oils).
This isn't a natural hair salon, and they need not act like it. The only way I'd go back is for the hair steaming, but no stylist would be touching my hair again!
