I booked a cut and color for an important occasion with Courtney Sigler. This hairdresser acted very unprofessional, she ruined my hair! Not only did I tell courtney it was a very important occasion and my hair needed to look right, i repeatedly made it clear I did not want any tones of red in my color! It was soo ugly she dyed it EASTER EGG RED!! I tried to schedule a redo and she first ignored all my calls. Then finally she set up an appointment and at the last minute she canceled stating a relative had died. When I later tried to reschedule, each time she told me a different relative had past away. After all this she refused to fix my hair claiming "I'm not sure I know exactly what you want so we should just cut our losses". I spent $170 on my hair including tip and its never looked this bad, I'm embarrassed to go out in public. DO NOT use this hair stylist she is a scam artist!
