Kathy Parker, hailing from L.A. and Portland and now residing in Medford, is, in my book, EXCEPTIONAL with curly hair! She deep conditioned my hair and added layers so that I can alternate between naturally curly to straight and look amazing with both. Anyone with natural curls knows how hard it can be to find a great stylist wielding vision for spiraled tresses that results in a masterpiece. After having gone to salons in Portland such as Aveda and Toni & Guy, I can honestly say that Kathy definitely has a way with curls. Thank you for the great experience!
