    Went in with streaked blonde hair. Asked for a semi-permanent light to medium red color to see if I would like being a redhead. Came out with a dark, flat, muddy brown color. She tried to fix it by adding some highlights but I ended up with nothing on one side and 4 wide fake-looking streaks on the other side. Will now have to fly 350 miles to my old hairdresser to see what he can salvage. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Oh, and I got no apology and they charged me full price for this experience.
