Kim does an awesome job. She is the only person in Tulsa I have found who can do a dry cut and she is great at it. What's more, she is 'one of us' and wears her hair in natural curl. I am a 3a and I LOVE the cuts she does for me. The salon also sells DevaCurl. Hope this helps a fellow Tulsan curly.
