- It's been nearly a month since my cut, and my hair just gets better looking with every day.
Katie asked me about my care routine, what I use, how often I color, and confirmed my choices. Then she got into my hair and asked me about what I wanted it to do before we even headed to the sink. She cut it just the way I have begged other stylists to cut it and been told wouldn't work--vertically and slithered--without my having to say anything. I got a great shape without losing too much length (since I didn't really have any to spare), and she told me to call her in 6 months. She said I would be amazed what it could do in 6 months and that if I'm not abusing it there's no reason to get it cut more frequently. She didn't push a product line on me, nor did she try to upsell me services. She's a really nice person and she does excellent work. I'm looking forward to being her client for years to come.

- I made an appointment there after reading all the positive reviews. I was very excited to have my first "curly cut". My hair hadn't been trimmed in 4 months. My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to the stylist being sick. They were very good about rescheduling me and working me in. That being said, I was very disappointed in my cut. I expected a long consultation time talking about what I wanted from my hair. She basically asked if I liked my shape or didn't and then shampooed me. She cut my hair wet and didn't really do anything differently than my stylist at home (I live 2 1/2 hours from Norman) would do. My hair didn't look any different after the cut than it did before. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I expected to come out with a beautiful head of curls. she didn't do anything to hurt the curls but didn't really give me a good shape or do anything but trim it, which I could have done myself. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Such a disappointment!
