- I had an AMAZING haircut by Giovanni on Saturday. I have been practicing the curly girl method for about two years now and in the past have taken the train up to NYC to have my haircut at Devachan. Given my crazy schedule lately, I decided to search for a Deva trained stylist in Philly. I am so glad I found Giovanni. I left the salon with my hair looking the same way it does after a Devachan cut. Giovanni knows the method well and has a gift for working with curly hair. He spent a great deal of time on my hair and talked to me about curl care and gave me tips for achieving the best curls. He is a super nice guy to boot. I would highly recommend Giovanni for a devacut.
