For me, it's been hard finding a stylist in the Tri-Cities who knows how to work with curls.
Heather has curly hair herself, so she definitely knows what NOT to do when cutting curly hair. When I explained to her that I wanted to keep my wavy-curly hair as natural as possible (since I no longer blow-out or flat-iron my hair), she was careful to cut with my curl and avoid too much layering. I've been pleased with her work.
However, I wouldn't say that Heather specializes in curly hair. She seemed pretty surprised when I explained my haircare routine of low-pooing once per week and co-washing the rest of the time.
