- I went to this salon for a haircut and pedicure. After my experience there I will never go back again. The hairstyle was terrible. This doesn't surprise me since the stylist spent most of my chair time talking to his assistant trying to figure out how to juggle his schedule to squeeze in another client. (Never mind the one sitting in you chair now!) Not only was the cut terrible, the entire time I was there four different employees badgered me with their high pressure sales tactics on hair products. It didn't matter that I said I wasn't interested. They just kept hounding me. They even called me a week later at home to see if I changed my mind! They are more concerned with high volume sales than customer satisfaction. My pedicure looked fine when I left the salon. However, a few weeks later when I removed the nail polish, I discovered that I had a toenail fungus! I will NEVER go back there again!

- I came looking for special treatment and found the same as every other stylist I've been too. Insisted on cutting it wet. Carved it away. Looked great until I washed it out-- then I could see that he just destroyed my curl. I gave up and had my curly roommate chop off my hair by following the directions in Curly Girl... and got a better result.
