- I went to this salon over a year ago and did not go back because the stylist razored my whole head and took all of my curls off. I just wanted a shaping. People like the cut but it was WAY too short for February.

- I have sat in June's chair quite a few times and I always leave satisfied. I have had highlights done in Xclusive and I won't go to any other salon in Albany. I have tried to visit a few and it never ends well. I prefer Xclusive because it's nearby, the atmosphere is comfortable, and they use high quality products.
