To say the least when we walked in her hair looked better then when we walked out. Jeanine was very nice and spent time with my daughter before the cut about what she wanted. They talked about the cascading curl look and so on. I think she really want to make her happy. It ended up looking like the shelf style. The longer bottom layer was thin and the next layer was a lot shorter and too heavy. She has been growing her hair out since then with only 1 trim in the mean time. The salon was really cute and trendy. I am just not sure she was used to cutting that type of curl. The price was not bad $45.00 for a nine year old.
