- I have always wanted to have naturally straight hair, my husband loves it that way the best; but after spending an afternoon with Ceara and her expertise, she gave my hair such bounce, love and volume that I now love how my hair has such life to it. It used to be curly/wavy but looked dead and boring, but with now new color in it, and the top of the line products recommended by Ceara it now has such a bold and beautiful look to it. My hair has come alive! Still looks good while I straighten it but it really looks good when it's in it's natural state with all the curls. I feel like I get more attention now from my honey, and I feel like I turn more heads now, thank you Ceara!

- The long wait is over and Salon Forza is now open! Jen Traverso has created a beautiful full service salon on Essex St. in Andover center, and it was worth the wait. The doors just opened, so soon enough they will be set up to do massage, facials, and nail care to go along with the fantastic hair services they offer. I've been seeing Jen for a few years and she always gives me a cut that works *with* my wavy hair, not against it. I had my first visit to the new salon yesterday to see Jen for a much needed hair cut and I couldnt get over what a great job she did, not only with my hair, but the salon decor as well! Loved the massaging shampoo chairs, the neck/shoulder massage, and the relaxing vibe of the salon. Congrats on your grand opening Jen! I'll be seeing you soon.

- I have just recently started seeing Jen and I must say she does a wonderful job. She definitely knows how to cut my hair. The best thing about her is she told me how to define, use my curls, and make them look beautiful. I was happy to have been referred by a friend of mine's. I would recommend everyone to see her. The salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere and looks stunning.
