  James has been cutting my very curly (and very thick) hair for three years now--he is absolutely fantastic!!! He really listens to what you'd like to do to your hair, and makes suggestions accordingly--I've gotten different types of cuts (all of which I loved!), and he will also give you his honest opinion if he thinks that what you'd like to do to your hair will not look as flattering. I can't recommend him enough--he really knows curly hair, and the prices charged for cuts are very affordable for Newbury Street!
