- I read the reviews about Alicia and decided to book an appointment with her. The past year I was getting my hair cut in Livingston, NJ at a Ouidad certified salon. I was very happy with my haircut over there but I needed to find something close to home. After reading the reviews about Alicia I needed to give it a shot and I am happy I did. I was very pleased with her service and my haircut. She looked at my hair and explained everything she was going to do. I will definitely recommend her. She takes her time and gives you a haircut that goes with the shape of your face. I am a happy customer!!!

- I read the review about Alicia and being that I grew up in that area, I decided to go to the salon and try it out. I have 3A/3B hair and the haircut that Alicia gave me was WONDERFUL and FUNKY. I would definitely go to her again.

- Carla, the owner of Balance, matched me up with Alicia. I'm so glad that she did! Alicia is an experienced stylist, and she gave my 2B/3A curls an exellent cut, putting lots of thought and care into her work. I'll definitely return to her for my next haircut. I also love the whole colorful, creative atmosphere of this neighborhood salon.
