  i have type 3a/b hair with a lot of spring. After not getting my hair cut for 2 years because of a really bad cut, I saw the recommendations for ellie and fortunately she was still here. I have never had a better cut or style! ellie was great, took her time in consultation and working on my hair, and explained why she was using particular products. the salon itself is lovely and relaxing, too.

  I went to Ellie after reading about her on this website. As we all know curly hair is hard. I really enjoyed Ellie's personality and her ability to make me look fabulous. She opened my eyes on how to work with my hair rather than against it. She provided me with easy tips and tricks I didn't know about. I give her 2 thumbs up. And not to mention I can't wait to try all the other services at Complexions.

  It was my first time to Ellie, and she made me feel at ease. She told me she had ideas to make my curl controllable, not poofy and frizzy. And WOW did she do a great job. I left there a new women, feeling confident. She knew just how to cut my unruly hair and she placed foils ever so carefully which added shine and brillance. She also suggested next time that we blow it smooth, so I can have multiple looks. I have never done that, but I can't wait to go back. My husband loved the look, and the compliments keep coming. I would have to say with Ellie's experience and artistic eye, she can transform anyone. Thanks!
