  I had gone to another salon recently, and my hair looked great AT the salon but horrible afterwards! In need of a fix, a friend--with straight hair, but it's always beautifully cut--recommended this salon (and Christina) to me. I printed out and showed Christina a picture of the kind of style I wanted, and she made sure to understand exactly what to do with my hair before cutting. She also had lots of good answers about how to care for my hair.
