  Oh, how I miss Kathy! I have ridiculously fickle hair, really fine, poker straight underneath in the back, and somewhere between wavy and curly on top (depending on the products i use). Only Kathy has ever been able to make heads or tails of it. I went to her for years before I moved out of Philadelphia, and have been looking for her replacement ever since....with no luck. She's the absolute best, no question. I try to see her whenever I'm back on the east coast.
