  Finally! I bought Lorraine Massey's book, "Curly Girl," five years ago, and I've been looking ever since for a stylist in the Phoenix area who would cut my hair dry. I managed to get a decent cut a couple of years ago at Devachan in NYC, so I know what my hair should look like. All the hairdressers around here insist on cutting it wet, even though the curl pattern is much tighter underneath. Cutting it wet leaves me with a ragged-looking fringe hanging two or three inches longer than the tighter curl layer underneath when it dries. Tara cut my hair dry, and it's a great cut. I feel liberated and relieved! :)
