  I highly recommend Jenn-Marie. I was fortunate to stumble upon Avant and Jenn-Marie when I first moved to Austin, and I have been loyal to her ever since (~10 years). She knows how to bring the best potential out of curly hair and is comfortable and enthusiastic working with curls. Love her!

  Jenn-Marie always listens to my preferences as to what kind of look I want my hair to have. She listens to what issues I've had with my curls, if any, and works to make sure the cut minimizes frizz while either maximizing or minimizing volume as I choose. She also keeps up to date with the latest Aveda products and techniques to best suit curly hair. Love her!

  Cindy is amazing with curly hair and has taught me so much! I used to drive to Dallas to get my hair cut until I found her. She no longer works at Avant, and is now at Gallery of Salons (independent stylists) at Northcross mall. You really should give her a call, you WON'T be sorry!!! Her new number is: 350-4880.
