  I have used naturallycurly.com for several yrs for finding and reviewing stylist. So when moving to Austin, I needed a new stylist here. I found high ratings for Nancy on here. She was great! She has naturally curly hair and understands all the pros and cons of working with it. She understood what I needed in a new style to enhance my curl and in general what I needed in my life for taking care of my hair. She listens, understands, and I felt very comfortable with her cutting my hair. I am very happy with my cut. Plus the salon is so close to me. I will be going back again for my next trim with Nancy.

  I called Nancy based on the reviews on this site. She's everything previous reviewers have talked about. She spoke with me about my hair before doing a thing and did nothing without telling me what she was doing and why. Definitely going back.

  Nancy is in a word, a g-dsend!! My hair while not super difficult to tame is still curly and several people have screwed it up. Nancy took the time to talk with me and find out what I wanted as well as made some great suggestions. After all was said and done my hair looked phenomenal. I live in College Station but I will totally make the drive to see Nancy.

  I moved to the Austin area several years ago and have had a hard time finding someone to cut my very curly, thick, out-of-control hair. I went to Nancy on the recommendation of this site after another stylist at another salon left me in tears (for some reason, everyone seems to mess up my hair!). Nancy was SO patient and talked to me for a very long time before she even took out her scissors! She was very honest with me about the condition of my hair (the last stylist had REALLY messed it up) and I knew I could trust her, especially after seeing her beautiful long curly hair. I've been going to Nancy for a little over a year now and my hair has never looked better! It's grown out and my spiral curls are back! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I would recommend Nancy to anyone with curly, hard-to-cut hair. If I ever find the time, I am taking my two little girls to her (even though they don't have curls!). Nancy is one of the few stylists I have had that truly understands how to cut curly hair!

  There are not words for finding someone you trust with your hair! I have been in Nancy's "hair care" for I guess about 2 years now. I was pregnant with #1 when I found her (on this website) and #2 is almost 3 months old now. Needless to say my hair has been through the ringer with two pregos back to back. Nancy has been wonderful (and patient through my hormones!!) giving me tips and pointers on different things to try as my hair changed and promising me it would grow back as it fell out (which it has)!! Most recently I decided I needed a new cut. She completely got what it was I was asking for and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I HIGHLY recommend Nancy for curly girls (or boys). She can most certainly be trusted to do your curls right!! :) Thanks Nancy!

  Wow she is so amazing. I had a baby and my pretty curling hair turned in to a nightmare. I have had so many scary hair cuts that I was so nerves to get it cut. I went to see Nancy and she made me feel so comfortable. In the end she did the best job ever on my hair. Ive never had someone care so much about my hair. Nancy you are the best. I'll be back soon.

  WOW! I have been living in the Austin area for 2 years now, all along searching for a stylist like Nancy. I read a recommendation on this site for her and went for it. When I first saw her and her very own curly hair, I knew I was on to something. She asked lots of questions about what I wanted in a hair cut/style and even some lifestyle questions to get an idea of my personality and daily grind. A quick shampoo and a great cut later and I feel great; Like my hair finally has reached its potential in Austin. I recommend her to every curly-headed person around! Wonderful job and a neat person! The salon was great too, even though I didn't use their services this time. They even pamper your puppies! The salon is in Lakeway Plaza across from the mall between Toys-r-us and Family Christian Bookstore.

  Nancy is the first stylist that actually celebrated the fact I have curly hair and helped me to enjoy it. Other stylists always tried to style the curl out of it. Viva La Curls! I thoroughly love the way Nancy gets the best from my hair. She is outstanding and a great personality as well. I would highly recommend her and her TLC.
