I started the C25K program earlier this summer as part of my plan to get fit/lose weight before college starts again in September. I was already able to run one mile comfortably when I started, but I wasn't really sure where to begin, so I started at the beginning even though it was quite easy. Today I did W3D1, and it's getting a bit more challenging.
I do have a question for you ladies, though. For those of you who run on a treadmill, how fast do you run? I started out doing the running segments at 5 mph, now I do them at 5.5.
