Hi, I'm new here too...I just got mine done saturday at Delilah's Salon in White Plains, NY. It cost me $250 and my hair is halfway down my back and THICK... I know she uses Coppala because I've been going to her for 10 years - she's very honest, reasonable and she also owns the salon. It didn't smell like chocolate to me. It was watery & brown, almost looked like syrup. I'm just DYING to wash my hair... one more day to go!!
