That is indeed rude! I've seen kids do that to each other.The people who wanted to touch my hair were almost always folks I knew or else they asked if they could touch it. But that was back in the 60's-80's when people had more manners that they do today.

Fine,soft hair with little penspring curls of different sizes. Small patch of wavy hair at center of my nape. Did BC in 2009 after 28yrs of curly perms. Had scab hair that finally was all trimmed off in summer 2011
