I'd second Aubrey conditioners - Honeysuckle Rose is very thick & hydrating. To use as a cowash, I dilute it with water; otherwise, it works well full-strength as a deep conditioner.
For shampoo, Terressentials
pure earth hair wash (i like left coast lemon) leaves no squeakiness at all. i use it about once every couple of months.
Both of those are completely natural.
