My hair isn't flat today (I'm thinking it was because I was plopping prior to that and those three days it was flat I was doing a plopped pineapple, but I don't know for sure). And it isn't greasy, but I can tell the frizz is going to be bad.
The only thing I wouldn't get about me being protein sensitive is there is protein in my gel and mousse. And I was doing them once a week and it was helping, than all of the sudden this time it was awful.
Maybe I can only handle it in smaller doses now.
I'll try a DT. Can't hurt and I haven't ever done one.
