Since we've guanoed the thread, I thought I'd put my two cents in. Was thinking of a PC way of saying it without hurting anyone's feelings. I think Del said it well. I do love FSG, although I only use it once a week. I feel like the FSG as I feel about going out to eat. I'm a great cook, if I go to a restaurant--I want it to be different or better than what I make at home. FSG is so easy and inexpensive to make at home (I just happen to have most of the additives myself so can customize it for me) I couldn't imagine spending money on it. It's hardly more trouble than making a cappuccino (which I do every morning.) I'll buy things I can't make at home and am willing to spend as much for a great product.
