There is a certain protocol and decorum that should be maintained when the president is speaking in a formal house address. It's not the same as Rahm calling someone a MF in a non-formal setting. Do you not see the difference? It's not against the law for Wilson to make those accusations...but it sure made him look like a bitter low-class idiot. He will pay the price politically...or not.
