I've never counted the hairs that fall out when I CO wash or WO wash. I definitely lose more on CO wash days, but I think that's because I do more scalp massage. Gentle, but still...

About 6 weeks ago I started taking a B Complex supplement daily. I bought it for stress for DH , but he wasn't taking it, and I didn't want it to go to waste. Plus I figured it had to help my body somehow, since I have periods of major stress at my job. Anyway, I was shocked to see how much my shedding reduced after about 2 weeks on the B Complex. So I give a cheer for trying that. I'm keeping it in my supplement regimen. I don't take extra biotin other than what's in my women's multi.
