Great thread! Trying to find hair products that work for me is hard enough, but when I factor in the rosacea and sensitive skin and the reactions I get from hair products, it's enough to make me want to shave my head sometimes! :P
Skintype: Combination normal-to-oily, mild rosacea, extreme sensitivity
Hairtype: 2B, medium to coarse, porous, prone to dryness
Routine: Wash/condition hair in mornings in the shower. After rinsing out almost all of the conditioner, I use a wet washcloth (no soap or body wash) to remove any conditioner residue and "exfoliate" all over. I wash my face after showering, apply moisturizer & makeup,
then rewet my hair at the sink & apply gel, plop, etc., taking care not to let any hair products touch my face.
Cleanser: Noxzema...believe it or not. I know this is supposed to be "bad" for rosacea, but it's one of the few things I've found that doesn't aggravate my skin.
Moisturizer: Cetaphil, applied very sparingly.
Treatment: ACV toner. See CanItBeChristine's
Apple Cider Vinegar thread. This has done amazing things for my skin.
Other: I always keep my hair off my face and put it in a ponytail at night so I'm not sleeping on it.
Bodywash: I use Dove unscented bar soap in the, uh, sweat-gland areas only. And I use Burt's Bees Baby Bee lotion for sensitive skin as my body lotion.
