Do a coconut milk hair mask. This recipe from makeupalley.com leaves hair so silky and fragrant it's almost as satisfying as a piņa colada. Pour 14 ounces of unsweetened coconut milk in a bowl; refrigerate overnight so it's solid. Apply to dry hair; shampoo out after 20 minutes.
