Default Honey Fig, again...

Hey all,
Once again I'm struggling to give my money to a company (honey fig) that will not even respond to e-mails. I know I've posted this concern once before but it's happened several times to me. I must be crazy for giving them my money and I will look at other options for ordering in Canada. Has anyone else had this experience? Perhaps it's just me and bad luck but I think my ordering days are over.
