I just did a full henna treatment with Fia's gelled henna recipe from http://www.hennaforhair.com/mixes/annsophie/ .
I have to say, it washed out so easily!!! It was as easy as washing out a henna gloss. I was wondering if it would help you ladies doing indigo treatments ( either one step or two) to use this method for eas of application and rinsing out. I am telling you that the gelled henna recipe was a mess free application!!!!
It stayed where I put it on my head and rinsed out like a dream. FYI: I used red wine for my acid component, and I added olive oil and essential oils of lavender, tea tree and rosemary to my mix. So I guess you could add whatever you want to it and have it work.
Blessed hair journeys!!
P.S. My 2 pounds of organic henna from mountain rose came in today. YAY!!! I have to wait until next week to try it, though because I just hennaed last night!!!!
