Try getting a water filter for your shower. I've got one made by Culligan that I got from Amazon for <$20. It made a HUGE difference in my hair. Before it was dry and breaking off from all the chlorine in the water. Now it doesn't smell like I just got out of the swimming pool!
I went from hard to soft. Is there a transition period???
