My 2b, low-pooing sister loves to use Trader Joe's Nourish Shampoo and Conditioner for her hair. The gently massages her scalp with the shampoo and rinses well...and then smooths a little conditioner on her hair...at least 5 inches from the roots, because then it gets oily. And most of the ingredients are Organic. And both are about $3.50!
