I hate the word load. Especially from the Lean on Me song...

"If there is a load you have to bear
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road, I'll share your load
If you just call me"

I also hate it when a person comes out of the bathroom and says 'Oh man I feel 5 pounds lighter!" Gross!

When I use a public restroom and while washing my hands another person comes out of a stall and just leaves the bathroom then I have to open the door with my freshly washed hands...
