50min on the stationary, booooring. We're getting some snow here in MN, and they're calling it a blizzard. We had about 2-3in of snow by 5pm tonight and they apparently had to close kid care at the gym, so no zumba for me this week. Man I really look forward to that. Ah well, did get some good reading in on the bike though.

Have a feeling I'll be reporting shoveling snow as a workout this week, runs should be interesting.
Chicki, do you get different shoes for the winter? The shoes I have now, Saucony Hurricanes' have a lot of mesh, and I worry about snow seeping into the mesh parts. Would it make a difference to have something with more "coverage" do you think?
FT, I don't see anything wrong with running 2 days a week and doing cross training activities 2-3days a week, so long as you aren't in training for anything. I'd really make those 2 run days a week count, really focusing on your form and building your endurance during those 2 runs. From there, you can add a day when it starts to feel better. OR you can change around your schedule, if possible. What does your weekly breakdown of workouts look like right now? What do you have going on usually the day before that 3rd run day?
