Ok, Sat and Sunday didn't workout. Monday I did 3mi on the tm in 23:03min then an hour of belly dance. Tuesday I did an hour of zumba then shoveled snow for almost 2hrs. Today I did a 10miler in the snow..definitely had to take it slow and figure out how to work my footing in the snow. This is my first outside run of the winter season.

Probably either take tomorrow off or do the bike. Not sure yet. If I do the bike tomorrow, then I'll rest Fri. Sat I'll do a 5miler or so at the gym. I'll probably be off for the rest of the week, so you all have a splendid holiday!! May you all enjoy all of the little things that bring smiles to your faces and warmth to your hearts
