Back to a full work week after a couple weeks of 2-day work weeks because of the holidays. Couldn't fall asleep at a reasonable hour on Sunday, so of course, I couldn't make myself get out of bed early enough Monday morning to work out.

I did an hour long video after work/dinner. I didn't end up doing it until around 9pm. My stomach did not feel well afterward. Not vomiting or anything.. just not feeling very nice. Is that common? Will my body get used to it? Or should I try to workout before dinner?
