My mom said her hair started to "quiet down" around her late 30's... That's tooooo long. But yes, I shouldn't be worried about a stupid problem like arm hair. I think it's just people now in days. They bother you about small genetic appearances. It didn't actually matter to me, till stupid school kids started pointing it out.
