Ok this is my first day on the South Beach Diet. I have actually been on this diet and lost 9lbs the 1st two weeks..So here I am again learning to eat well and live a healthy life.
My main reason for this diet - Lowering my blood pressure ( I have high blood pressure) not to dread going in the dressing room to try on clothes, teaching my girls to eat the right foods while they are still young, running into my boyfriends ex' girlfriend and not wanting to hide somewhere, and mainly trying to accept the person that I am, its a struggle from day to day. So this is for myself.......When I get those cravings..........Sensations to eat...... Can't make it any longer.....I will read what I have wrote today.


So here it goes.....

I will weigh today and post how much and how my day went.
