Other protein options include nexus emergencee and Aubrey organics GBV(GVP? I never remember).
Hmm... For two years I was flat-ironing/roundbrushing/curling iron everyday, and I would have hi-lites done in the salon--which I stopped six months ago--so the ends feel pretty dry. What guide can I look at to determine the protein I need? A porosity guide?
You will probably need a trim to get rid of the damage. Then protein to strengthen you up. If you hair is fine (sorry didn't see your hair charactistics), you will want to continue with regular shots of protein. I do protein almost daily.
