FYI aphogee is a very strong PT. If you want to start with something milder, Sally's had Ion effective care PT (2$ for packet). This was perfect for me, but many people find this does absolutely nothing for their hair because it is not strong enough.
Other protein options include nexus emergencee and Aubrey organics GBV(GVP? I never remember).
