Thanks SwirlyCurlyChemist I will check that website out! Congrats on your weight loss. I just feel better knowing I am eating healthy.


Yesterday I had

Breakfast
Very Small Sausage
Small egg
Cup of Coffee, splenda, cream

Lunch

Taco Salad (1 cup of hamburgar meat, Lettuce and 1/3 cup cheese)
Water
Sugar Free Fudge bar

Dinner
Steak
String Beans (1/2 cup)
pinch of hamburgar meat (looked good cooked off the grill)
Tea w/sweet -N- Low (yuck! poured it out and drank water)

In between meals
8 pieces of sugar free hard candy (Got to stop eating so many)

No late night snack only a small glass of tea with splenda
