Just as a suggestion for both your health and feeling full, I would say add some more vegetables. On phase 1, I ate a large, dark green salad at least once perday. Maybe you could add some dark greens and some tomatoes to your taco salad next time to get more vegetable matter? I know it is hard, especially if you are naturally inclined to avoid vegetables (as I am). Also, I would often eat half a tomatoe with my breakfast, since I hate V-8 juice, which he recommends as a breakfast drink.
